We will ship the product from our warehouse everyday.

Some orders may have delivery delays due to the availability of our suppliers, and some of the products in your purchase may be dispatched (and subsequently delivered) at various dates. If this happens to you, please allow a few days for everything to arrive.

RETURNS

Within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price* (minus discounts) and any sales taxes you paid to Yen if you are unhappy with your item for any reason.

You are obligated to provide the reasons of your intention to return any such things before returning your items, and we will issue you an authorisation and return instructions. The cost of shipping your Yen’s product back to us will be on you, and you must ship your returned items back to us within 10 business days of receiving authorisation for a return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can look into it and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
