We offer this website (the "Site"), including all information, tools, and Services available from it, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By accessing the Site or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use the Site under your supervision. You may not use Yen Aura products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code through the Site. A breach of any of these Terms results in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by law. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks, and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
We are not responsible if information made available on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to refuse any Order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per Order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel Orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your Order).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Yen Aura, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to (a) replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods; (b) repair of the goods; (c) payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or (d) payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yen Aura and our affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed; the determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date survive termination. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Site. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision.
All content on the Site — including the Yen Aura name and logo, product names, product photography, copy, illustrations, graphics, video, audio, software, and the selection and arrangement of all such content — is owned by or licensed to TM Apex Holdings Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content, including for the purpose of training machine-learning models. Unauthorised use may result in termination of your access and legal action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy, and any policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Personal use only. Yen Aura products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, resale, white-labelling, rebranding, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Results may vary. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, condition, frequency of use, and adherence to the directions for use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Customer testimonials and before-and-after photography are illustrative only.
Allergy risk and patch testing. All Yen Aura products contain natural ingredients. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before full use. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if irritation, redness, swelling, or any other adverse reaction occurs. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Yen Aura is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from a failure to patch-test or from use of a product despite a known allergy.
Medical disclaimer. Yen Aura products and the content on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have known skin sensitivities, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us, and match their description. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
