Yen Aura ships from our Australian warehouse on every business day. Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Some Orders may experience delivery delays due to supplier availability, and items in your purchase may be dispatched and delivered on different dates. Where this occurs, please allow a few additional days for everything to arrive.

Yen Aura currently ships only within Australia. We do not accept Orders for delivery outside Australia. Where international shipping becomes available in the future, this Policy will be updated and the relevant rates, taxes, duties, and customer responsibilities will be set out at checkout.
All delivery time frames are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier-network congestion, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specified at checkout.
If your Order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
