Shipping & Delivery Policy

Yen Aura ships from our Australian warehouse on every business day. Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Some Orders may experience delivery delays due to supplier availability. Where this occurs, please allow a few additional days for everything to arrive.

Australia — Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days from dispatch
• Australia-wide flat rate from $12.50 AUD

Australia — Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days from dispatch
• Australia-wide flat rate from $19.50 AUD

Australia — Free Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days from dispatch
• Free on Orders over $99 AUD (after discounts, before taxes)

United States — Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for US Orders are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your Order.

Estimated delivery times for US Orders are from dispatch and do not include any time held in customs.

US Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by US authorities. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are not included in the price or shipping cost and are your responsibility as the importer. Any duties or taxes payable are determined by US customs, not by Yen Aura. We are not able to predict or control these charges, and they are not refundable by us if you refuse or fail to collect a parcel.

Pre-Order Items
Some products may be offered for pre-order before stock is available. Pre-order items are clearly marked as such at checkout, with an estimated dispatch date shown on the product page.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply, or freight timelines outside our reasonable control. If the estimated dispatch date is pushed back materially, we will email you to let you know.

Where an Order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire Order will be held and shipped together once all items, including the pre-order items, are available. We will not partially ship a mixed Order unless we authorise it.

International Shipping (Other Countries)
Aside from the United States, Yen Aura currently ships only within Australia. We do not accept Orders for delivery to other countries. Where shipping to further countries becomes available in the future, this Policy will be updated and the relevant rates, taxes, duties, and customer responsibilities will be set out at checkout.

Delivery Estimates and Risk
All delivery time frames are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier-network congestion, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specified at checkout.

If your Order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch (Australia) or 45 days of dispatch (United States), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
