Yen Aura offers a subscription option that delivers your chosen products on a recurring schedule. This Policy sets out how subscriptions work, your subscriber benefits, and how to manage, pause, or cancel a subscription.
When you sign up for a subscription, you authorise Yen Aura to charge your stored payment method on a recurring basis at the price and cadence shown at checkout. Each delivery is a separate purchase governed by our policies. We will email you a reminder before each charge so you can adjust, skip, or cancel before the next charge is processed.
You may choose from the following recurring cadences at checkout:
• Every 4 weeks
• Every 6 weeks
• Every 8 weeks
You may change your cadence at any time through your account or by contacting us, provided the change is made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.
Active subscribers receive the following benefits on subscription Orders:
• 40% off the standard one-off price of subscribed items
• Free standard shipping on every subscription Order, regardless of cart value
• A free gift with every subscription delivery (gift may vary; we reserve the right to substitute gifts of equivalent value where stock requires)
• Early access to new product launches and subscriber-only offers
• The ability to skip or pause any upcoming Order at no charge
Benefits apply only to Orders placed under an active subscription. They do not apply to one-off Orders, gift cards, or Orders placed during a paused or cancelled subscription.
The subscription price for each product, the recurring cadence, the shipping cost (if any), and applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm the subscription. Prices may change from time to time; we will give you reasonable notice (at least 14 days) by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
At any time before the 48-hour cut-off described below, you may:
• Skip an upcoming Order
• Pause your subscription for a defined period or until further notice
• Add or remove products in your subscription
• Change your delivery address, payment method, or cadence
You can manage these settings through your Yen Aura account or by emailing us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for the next Order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the next charge will take effect from the following cycle, and the imminent Order will still be processed and shipped.
You can cancel through your Yen Aura account or by emailing us. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past Orders, but does not affect your statutory rights for any Order that fails to meet an ACL guarantee.
"At least 48 hours before your next charge" means 48 clock hours before the time shown in your most recent reminder email. If the cut-off falls on a weekend or Australian public holiday, requests received before the cut-off are still honoured.
If a recurring payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to charge the payment method again over the following 5 business days and notify you. If the payment cannot be collected after these attempts, we will pause your subscription until you update your payment information. We will not dispatch an Order until payment has been successfully collected.
Despite anything else in this Policy, you may cancel your subscription immediately and request a refund or replacement, in line with our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, if a product:
• Is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality
• Causes a skin reaction, allergy, or other adverse effect
• Does not match its description on the Site
In these cases, the 48-hour cut-off does not apply.
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Where the change is material (for example, a change to subscriber discount rates, cancellation rules, or recurring cadences), we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the change applies if you do not agree to it.
